Government Graduate College for Women, Jaranwala is a unique

modernity. It is traditional in spreading the religious and moral values to its students and

The college wishes to provide distinctively learning friendly academic environment to its
students. Its objective is to train its students to become socially and economically viable
by using their skills and scholarship. It prepares its students to compete globally and
contribute to the uplift of Pakistan.
This prestegious institution has started its journey as a Primary Schoon in 1973.
Later in 1978, the instituion was upgrades as a inter-college and moved to another building
covering a total area of about nine (09) acers covering 2.5 acers as buildings and remaining
6 acers as vast lushy play grounds.
In 1984, the college was upgraded to the degree
level.
The institution has started B.Sc. program affiliated with the Punjab University, Lahore.
